Exchange and Return Policy
• Products purchased through the website can be returned or exchanged by reshipping to our destination or by delivering it directly to the nearest branch, provided that it is in its original condition and in a condition that allows it to be resold, as well as all product accessories with customer service notification and a request before the delivery process in our favor to ensure Ease of replacement
• Attach a copy of the sales order, specifying the method of recovery (bank account – transfer to Vodafone Cash – or receiving it from the headquarters).
Conditions that must be met by the items for return or exchange
- Customers are entitled to return any items purchased if a manufacturing defect appears within 14 days of receiving such items from the seller or seller’s representatives. Items may be returned if consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-to-sale condition are maintained.
- To return items, customers must provide a copy of proof of purchase
Rules for returning and replacing items with discovered defects:

Pricing Information
While Elmasria-store.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Elmasria-store.com cannot confirm the price of the product even after ordering. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Elmasria-store.com may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that Elmasria-store.com accepts your order it must be debited from your credit card account and duly notified to you by e-mail that the payment has been processed. Payment may be processed before El Masria Stores dispatches the product you ordered. If we cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash may be disbursed under any circumstances.

We strive to be the lowest price in your geographical area, store prices sometimes differ from online prices and prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice
Cancellation by Elmasria-store.com
Please note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must be cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some of the situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by the Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department, and cases where we find a customer manipulating the account into placing multiple orders. We will contact you if all or any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded back to your card account. No cash may be disbursed under any circumstances.
Cancellations by the Customer
In the event that we receive a cancellation notice and the order is not processed/approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. Credit Card Details
