Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Elmasria-Store.

1️⃣ Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2️⃣ Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must not show any damage or breakage caused by misuse.
  • The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.
  • The original invoice or order number must be provided.

3️⃣ Shipping Costs

  • In case of a manufacturing defect: the store covers the shipping cost.
  • In case of change of mind: the customer bears the shipping cost.

4️⃣ Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • For online payments, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the bank.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred via a method agreed upon with the customer.

5️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service.
