Exchange and Return Policy

•       Products purchased through the website can be returned or exchanged by reshipping to our destination or by delivering it directly to the nearest branch, provided that it is in its original condition and in a condition that allows it to be resold, as well as all product accessories with customer service notification and a request before the delivery process in our favor to ensure Ease of replacement

•       Attach a copy of the sales order, specifying the method of recovery (bank account - transfer to Vodafone Cash - or receiving it from the headquarters).

Conditions that must be met by the items for return or exchange

• Customers are entitled to return any items purchased if a manufacturing defect appears within 14 days of receiving such items from the seller or seller's representatives. Items may be returned if consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-to-sale condition are maintained.

Pricing Information

If we cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash may be disbursed under any circumstances.

Cancellation by Elmasria-store.com

Please note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must be cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
